Speaking of shady. It’s a very strange sensation to watch these tweets come across in real-time. People post every minute of their lives on here. Crazy. You will be able to have “favorite” users, separate from “following” them on Twitter. Likewise, you will be able to filter out users that you do not want to see. Believe me, this is going to be useful. There are so many re-tweets @jonasbrothers @mileycyrus @babygirlparis, you can get a bit sick of it after a while. I parse and store the retweets as a separate data point. In addition to custom filters, I’m implementing a tagging system that integrates hashes # with my own custom implementation.
